Geschichte

Techint erwarb ab Mitte der 1990er Jahre zahlreiche Anlagenbauunternehmen. 2007 wurde Techint Technologies in Tenova umbenannt.cite-ref-geschichte-4-1[4]

2012 wurden Bateman Engineeringcite-ref-10[10] und die deutsche LOI Thermprocess übernommen.cite-ref-11[11]

2016 zog das Unternehmen von Mailand nach Castellanza um.cite-ref-12[12]
